Running India payroll, every month.
The monthly cycle, the statutory filings, and the quiet reconciliations nobody notices when they go right. It’s the least glamorous part of the job and easily the most instructive — it keeps me honest.

Two AI skills are live — one drafts contracts, one runs census audits — and I’ve picked up a habit I can’t shake: for every payroll problem that shows up more than twice, I ask how it becomes a one-prompt problem.
