Context
I have a small, stubborn habit of building real websites for real organisations — not tutorials, not clones of someone else’s template. Each one exists because an actual person needed it to.
The builds
peplindia.co.in
A corporate site for an engineering consultancy in industrial infrastructure and water treatment. I took it from a blank brief through design, build, and launch — all of it.
shivendu.com
This one. Next.js and Tailwind on deliberately boring infrastructure — the kind that just keeps working. The case studies are the whole point; everything else stays out of their way.
Why this matters here
None of these are weekend demos. They’re owned end to end — the domain, the SEO, the handoff, all the unglamorous parts that decide whether a thing still works a year on. Which is the same muscle as a payroll implementation: build something that keeps running long after launch day, for people who aren’t you.
